Looking after people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions, we always have lots going on in Greater Manchester.
We help people to find housing or supported living, enjoy local activities, education and training. We focus on Salford, Stockport and Bury.
In Manchester we also have a particular focus on supported employment, where we will coach people through the process of finding work and then support them and the employer as they begin in the workplace.
