United Response are looking a Technology Delivery Partner responsible for a portfolio of technology products delivers measurable value across the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, stakeholders, vendors and the wider Digital, Data and Architecture team, the role combines business partnership with hands-on ownership of application outcomes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting solution design, overseeing system configuration and governance, driving continuous improvement, coordinating supplier activity, and ensuring technology changes are effectively adopted, secure and aligned to organisational standards.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone with experience in business applications, systems, product or technology delivery within a complex organisation. You’ll be confident building strong stakeholder relationships, translating operational needs into effective technology solutions, and taking ownership of products or functional areas to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You should have experience working with third-party or packaged applications, including configuration, administration, testing, security and release coordination, alongside a good understanding of data, integrations, reporting and user adoption impacts.

Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities with pragmatism and sound judgement. You’ll be self-motivated, collaborative and comfortable working autonomously, combining hands-on technical stewardship with a practical, value-focused approach to continuous improvement and service delivery.
