Role: Support Worker (£250 Welcome Bonus)

Salary: £11.75 per hour

Hours: Average of 12.75 hours per week

Location: Bradford-Upon-Avon

Shifts: Every Monday 3pm till 10am, plus a sleep-in shift and 1 Saturday a month with a sleep-in shift

United Response is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our supported living service in Bradford-Upon-Avon as a Support Worker on a part-time basis.

You

You’ll be glad to know that experience is by no means essential, we are more interested in finding people with the right values and a determination to positively impact the lives of others. If you can combine enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as a team you are good to go! You will need an understanding of Autism to help you grasp some of the foundations of good support here.

To ensure that the people we support can access the community in all the ways they want, it would be beneficial if you held a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle.

The job

The role of Support Worker is massively rewarding and varied but you can expect to:

  • Help manage and plan routines
