Support Worker

Role: Support Worker (£250 Welcome Bonus)

Basic Salary: £11.75 per hour

Location: Chippenham

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

(Full UK drivers licence is desirable but not essential)

We are looking for someone to join one of our supported living service in Chippenham where we support one individual to live as independently as possible whilst enjoying barrier free access to the community.

A Support Worker’s duties

Your role will involve:

• Providing active support
• Assisting with jobs around the house
• Helping the people we support with evening and morning routines
• Personal care
• Monitoring the wellbeing of the people we support

Please be aware that this role will involve weekend, bank holiday work and sleep ins. The successful candidate will also be subject to a full DBS check.
