As a Support Worker with our Rapid Response Team you have the opportunity to work the shifts that suit you. You

As you will often be required to work in a variety of services at short notice, we are looking for people with previous experience of working within social care who are confident in their ability to work with the people we support. You should be an empathetic and patient person who is determined to help people with learning difficulties, autism and mental health needs to make life happen. It may be that you are supporting people in the community, assisting with jobs around the house or accompanying the people we support to various clubs and activities.

As the services you would be working in are spread over a large geographical area, you should hold a full UK driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle.
