Facilities Manager (South East / London / East Anglia)

Remuneration:£38,000 to £45,000 (dependant on experience)

Essential Car User Allowance:£1,353.42

Mileage:45p per mile up to 10k then 25p per mile thereafter

Work from home allowance:£619.92

NB – There is an expectation of driving between sites on a regular basis to fulfil the role, with some homeworking and occasional time spent in the office to support our maintenance administration team (Leigh, Manchester).

The Role

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Facilities Manager to cover demands throughout the South East and parts of East Anglia, with occasional wider national coverage working as a team player.

Legal Property Compliance – The big 6 Damp, mould and condensation diagnostics
Procurement Scheduling and specifying building works
