Development Coach

Hours: Part-time, fixed term contract (approximately 52 weeks), May 2024 – April 2025

Salary: £23,443.68 FTE

Location: Remote (occasional travel to in-person gatherings such as interviews and focus groups will be required)

Who we need

United Response have a great opportunity for a Development Coach to support disabled colleagues working as part of our newly-formed Disability Hate Crime Research Team.

The role will focus on colleagues’ learning and development, allowing them to thrive, grow and excel within the role they do. The successful candidate will inspire the people they coach to be the best they can be. You will be keen to make a difference to society and coach colleagues with a learning disability to campaign for social change.
