As a Business Analyst your key responsibilities will be:
In this role, you’ll work across a variety of projects, using your problem-solving skills to support and lead change and continuous improvement efforts. You’ll help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can do better and then work with others to make those improvements happen. You’ll also be confident leading projects yourself, from planning through to delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and help deliver practical, people-focused change. You’ll often be working on multiple projects at once as part of a team committed to making things better for the people we support and those who work with them.
What skills you will bring:
- Business Analysis – Confident in using structured approaches to problem-solving, gathering requirements, and developing business cases.
- Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized projects and support larger, complex ones.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships, tailor communication, and reach consensus.
- Workshops:Skilled at planning and leading structured workshops with clear goals and outcomes.
- Facilitation: demonstrable experience in facilitation creating an inclusive and collaborative environment, using tools such as user story mapping, and impact assessments. Adept at handling challenging discussions, resolving conflicts, and guiding the group toward consensus.
- Business Analysis: Apply structured approaches to problem-solving, requirements gathering, and business case development.
- Business Modelling: Understand business changes and interactions between processes, systems, and roles.
- Business Process Improvement:Able to spot opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of better ways of working.
