Job Title: Apprentice Housing Assistant

Location: Remote with occasional travel

United Response are seeking two Housing Assistant Apprentices to support Housing colleagues in the day-to-day housing management activities, including tenancy sustainment, property inspections, and resident communications.

Key Purpose of the role as an Apprentice Housing Assistant

As an Apprentice Housing Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Housing Business Managers and the wider Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to start a career in social housing, gain hands-on experience, and work towards a recognised qualification. You will learn about tenancy management, housing legislation, property services, and customer service in a real-world housing environment.

  • Basic IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work as part of a team
