Job Title: Fundraising and Database Administrator

Location: RemoteHours: 21 hours over 3 days Salary: £24,000

Contract: 6 months fixed term

Key Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will work closely with both the Finance and Operational teams to audit and reconcile historical fundraising balances. Your work will be key in ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with charity regulations, and restoring visibility over fundraising income.

This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency and transparency of our fundraising processes, ensuring we can better support the important work of our services.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Be highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Possess strong written English skills, with the ability to draft professional letters, reports, and communications.
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Have a collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently when required.

Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to support a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
